2017 new versions and the GPS based FDLog Hardware Clock

FDLog 154c is up, it fixes some issues with the time synchronization, but otherwise is the same as 154b (which we used for FD 2016). It is important for the time master to use this version, or a workaround is to set ".timeok 1" which will drive the time offset to zero and make the systemwide time the same as the time master's clock.

A new GPS based Field Day clock, in use since 2014, is in the process of being documented, a new page will be created momentarily.
