FDLog 152j

FDLog version 152j has been uploaded to the Downloads page. Improvements are minor:

    added 900 to .band command

    added .timeok to .h help command

    added ? help note to startup

    compacted startup lines on GUI

    adjusted comments

    added signature to console QSTs -logger

    display UDP and TCP ports (only showed UDP before and didn't note protocol)
